French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products, Sephora Malaysia has decided to permanently shut down its outlet in AEON Klebang, Ipoh. The famous personal care and beauty product retailer chain announced its decision to close down its only outlet in Ipoh due to the coronavirus outbreak that change consumers buying behaviour.
Sephora posted on Instagram Story about the closure of the outlet and ensure its customers that they can still purchase beauty products on Sephora website and the Sephora Malaysia Mobile App
According to the statement, the famous chain retailer said the closure was already in the plans for some time and is part of its ongoing review of top-performing stores. However, customers can still purchase online.
One of the employees Noor Ashiela tweeted that it was a difficult decision made by the company and thanked everyone for the support.
