Resort World Genting that was closed following the movement control order (MCO 2.0) from Jan 12 just announced that they have resumed operations as of February 16, 2021.
The resort management in a statement said that they are pleased to inform that Resort World Genting will resume operations at 6 PM on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, with strict SOPs in place. However, some of its hotels, facilities, attractions, casino and other offerings will be subjected to revised operating hours, limited availability or even temporary closure during the re-opening period.

“We will continue to fully adhere to the strict SOPs issued by the government throughout the resort and we seek our guests’ cooperation to do the same. The safety and health of all our guests and employees remain our utmost priority.
“We appreciate your patience and kind understanding during the temporary closure of our resort. We look forward to welcoming you back to RWG,” the company said in a statement.
The popular resort and casino added that guests could start making reservations starting February 16. Guests can visit their website to check for their room availability and make reservations.
